The Shakeitoff app, incorporating TRE® exercises, offers a self-guided approach to addressing trauma, anxiety, compulsions, and panic attacks. It aims to facilitate the attainment of calmness, confidence, and serenity through the activation of neurogenic tremors—a reflexive response inherent to the human body that promotes tension release and stress reduction.

The term "neurogenic" refers to involuntary physical reactions that individuals cannot consciously initiate or control. Neurogenic tremors serve to alleviate accumulated muscular tension resulting from intense internal emotional states and external stimuli. Users may experience increased tranquility and relaxation, along with enhanced emotional resilience over time. Historical applications of involuntary trembling in traditional healing practices attest to its longstanding therapeutic value.

NeuroZittern provides several core functionalities:

<li>How to: Fundamental instructions for performing the exercises correctly.</li>
